I can't activate my license

If you're seeing a message in Rotato that we can't activate your license, it could be for one of these reasons

I got a new computer and want to use Rotato on it. How do I do that?

To move your license, simply go to your old computer, open Rotato and click Deactivate License For This Computer in the Rotato menu.

I got my license from a co-worker, or I want to share Rotato with a co-worker

Rotato is a single-user personal license, so you can't share your license. Get in touch with sales at rotato dot xyz if you want to hear about our licenses for teams.

None of the above happened, but I still can't activate my license
